I had rust damage only drivers side bar and had them removed, company only charged 27 dollars for the work since it took just 30 mins. Good honest company, will use again!

They were great. Worked very well with our insurer.

They said they would have to replace the whole side step or do a repair but you'd be able to see the repair. They done such a good job I can't even see it.

They are a very high quality shop as far as the work looking like the original. They belong to some organization for the best auto body places and there are very few of those that have that same certification. They are timely.

Since I was dealing with the other party's insurance company (he hit my parked car), they directed me to Collision Connection for the estimate. I could have chosen to take the estimate anywhere I wanted to get the work completed, but I was impressed enough by what I saw to keep the car there and have them do the work. I'm very happy I did. The work was done much more quickly than I guessed it would be, and the quality was first rate. The price was driven up by the cost of Prius parts, and because I had no incentive to cut corners (the bill was being paid by someone else's insurance); as a result, I'm not sure if I could have gotten the work done any cheaper. All said, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop.
