The sales person was superb, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Explained what and why he suggested system to fit our needs, to which we added features. Installation person was prompt, efficient and again fully knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Alert Alarms.

Sales person, Josh Camden is probably the best sales representative that I have ever dealt with, personable, efficient, prompt, returns calls after the sale (if have question) . Llistened to what we wanted, made suggestions, did not try to pressure us.
