Frank responded promptly to my telephone call and made an appointment for the next day to see what I needed done and do an estimate. He did a good job of explaining to me what was necessary and why. The plumbing leak took some doing to pin down the cause and several tries to get it stopped, but he patiently stuck with the job until it was done. The skirting is well-installed, durable, and nice looking. Frank and his assistant did a nice job. I would definitely hire this team again. Due to the high quality of their work, I would hire them to work on a site-built home as well. Companies who do an excellent job working on mobile homes also tend to do an excellent job on site-built homes as well, because they are not just in it for the money. They also care about serving people.
