They never returned to finish the main project. I am still giving them another week, because the guy said he was going on vacation. He was supposed to return last week however but did not, and he has not returned my calls.

Everything went just fine

I had previously written a review of this business and I truly was upset when it was not completed and my review reflected that. I need to state that I am still upset that the work was not completed but schedules happen and crap hits the fan when we don't expect it to. The fact is the cleaner did a great job on the areas she was able to clean before being called away for an emergency. If I had more time to allow her to come back, I would have let her finish but I didn't. I was upset because I was informed that she would be there the following morning and then found out that she would not be there until late that afternoon when my company was already due to be in. I do hate that I wrote my review when I was upset and the stars on this review need to be tempered with the fact that I had an experience that the cleaner could not have foreseen on the day she was supposed to complete the work and was disappointed that she couldn't come the following morning when I was anticipating her completing the work. That being said, the 4.5 stars is because she really did do a great cleaning job.

I paid my deposit for a thorough 1 time house cleaning. I only asked this to be done in 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room and dining room. When I got home, the kitchen had been done, but the floor had not been washed, none of the bathrooms had been done, the blinds were not done, the living room was dusted but I am not sure that it was swept, I do not know that no furniture was moved to be swept under. I sent an email asking if this was considered completed and the person responded saying no and asking if she could come back this morning because she had and issue with her child at school. I did not have a problem with that (emergencies happen) but I had to board my dogs two days in a row to make sure this got done before my company arrived. I emailed the individual and asked if she was at the house yet, to which she replied that she was not and would not be able to be there until 3:00 or later or she could come after my guests were due to arrive. Completely unhappy.

Prompt to respond. She did above and beyond. Then followed up to see if anything more. She was awesome
