SAFE & SOUND HOME INSPECTION

I have had three past home inspections and this are by far the WORST people I have dealt with. The husband and wife team arrived 15 minutes early and split up. They nitpicked the house to death, looking for every tiny detail that was wrong, on a house that was built in the late 1960s. She banged on the floor every 12" with the back of screwdriver and all of the walls. Really? They left breakers flipped so half the house wasn't on. The left water on, bathroom fans on, doors wide open, attic ladder down, etc. They spent THREE HOURS going over a modest 2300 sqft home and walked the buyer through and told him every detail. Home Inspectors are supposed to be in and out in a reasonable time and write up their full report. They were inconsiderate of the buyer and seller's time and property. They were completely unprofessional. The wife did the walk-through and just made things up about the rooms that she didn't inspect! I had to correct her twice. She also made some just downright silly recommendations and comments about the house. These folks are CHEAP, which is exactly what they're worth, not much. Avoid them at all cost!
