Earl S Rodgers

I will give a negative star if I can. Money was paid and services were never performed. This Company and the owner is a SCAM. We contact Mr. Earl Rodgers to do a job on our vacant lot, which includes mowing the grass and weed. When we ask about the completion of the service, Mr. Earl Rodgers provides an old picture, taken from google, text to us showing the service was complete- grass was mown and weed. Since we lived out of state was not really notice the picture. In addition, Mr. Rodgers text at the same time stating that he needs the money right away because his wife has cancer and he taking her to the doctor. We when ahead and paid him in full. This is the intent of the fraudulent activity. Later, we found out from the county inspector that the service on the lot was never done. We called Mr. Earl Rodgers to confirm, he never picks up the phone. The money was never returned.
