He is very knollegable and has lots of experience in roofing,construction,plumbing. He treats you like a person not a number. My husband drives truck and he took over 25 min after inspection to answer all his questions go over the report. He does not try to over charge people. He looks at everything and listens to your concernes . I would highly recommend him to any body. He goes above and beyond.

Absolutely hire if you are in need of a home inspection! Mr. Morris called withing minutes of my internet inquiry and came the same day to do the inspection. I was interested in buying a house from an individual and had some concerns. Mr. Morris encouraged me to be there when the inspection was done and allowed me to walk along as he did his inspection while answering all my questions. I even went under the house with him to get a full understanding of what was going on with the house. He did not have a ladder that day and told me he would return the next day to inspect the roof closer as that was one of my concerns. He came the next day and inspected the roof even though it was damp. I was at work when he did this and questioned his going on the roof while damp. His reply was, " I like to follow through an do what I tell my customers I will do". That is rare these days! And, I had the report the following day. Mr. Morris gave me a clear picture of what needs to be done to the house, which is comforting, and I am currently in the process of buying the house. I highly recommend Morris Property Inspection!
