"Thank you for your nice review."
"Jessica, Thank you for hiring me for the job. And thank you for taking the time to write a review. However, I would have appreciated your review a lot more had it included all the details. No worries, I always tell it as it happened, at least from my perspective. As I tell all my clients, and as you told you, I only work on a job when the customer is present at the job site. I also mention before working a site, I cannot see what is underground, but rather I can only see what is above ground. That was clearly mentioned when I came and gave you the estimate. I said anything can happen when I dig. From gas lines to treasures, we cannot foresee what will be uncovered. In such a circumstance, I would need the directions from the home owner. I also asked where do you want the dirt to go once I start digging. Its protocol for any excavation service. You pointed to a direction, which was behind the house at the tree line. I walked to the exact location, and asked you if this is the location where you wanted to go. You said yes. I always want to be 100% sure before I dump the dirt, because it will only happens once. I asked you to draw line where the digging will happen. Because I didnt want to assume anything. You graciously drew the line on the ground for me. And I dug and leveled exactly where the line was. We scheduled the job a month in advance due to my request for you to be present, and your availability. I modified my schedule to meet that day. I was out of town and drove hundreds of miles to be at your job site to get the work done. My equipment was loaded, my truck was running, and I was about to drive to your house when you called and said that you will not be home. I said to you that this was scheduled for a long time, and I am about to come to your house, but I will not be able to do the job if you are not home. You said that your mom will be there. I asked if she will act on your behalf, and you said yes. That meant to me, that she will be making decisions on your behalf. When I started working, I uncovered a giant rock that cannot be extracted. I had your mom take pictures and send it to you. I leveled the ground and had your mom once again take pictures and send it to you again. After leveling the ground, I decided I will dig again around the rock to see if I can remove it. It was not possible to be removed. I communicated all this to the decision maker, your mom, as she watched while I was working. A decision had to be made. I asked your mom to take pictures and send to you. The rock was under the grade, and it can be leveled over, or it can be excavated with a larger Equipment, which means more cost. That was communicated to your mom. I do not make decisions, I only make recommendations. I leveled it perfectly well, where you do not see or feel the rock as I had a few inches of sand on it. I showed your mom, as she watched. I got out of my machine I talked to her, and I asked her to take pictures and send them to you. I also asked her if she was happy with it. And I said I will not leave unless you are happy with it. When you and your your husband called me, my phone was at the house, and I was out working. When I got home and listened to the voicemail your husband showed up at my door steps. Your husband demanded that load my equipment, and return to your property, and extend the digging passed the line you drew. I said I would but for a fee. I said ?I do not work for free, that you or your wife should have been there.? Your representative on site (the grand mother) was satisfied with the work at the time the work was completed, and I offered to return for a fee. Further, you have nothing to be upset about because you never paid me. You lost nothing. You didnt even pay me for the sand that I bought and used on your site. You stole my sand, my labor, wasted my time, and made disparaging remarks about"
