This is the second time that West Little Rock Glass has replaced my window glasses. This time, they removed old window glass and replaced them with new window glass on two windows in the house. The measurement was taken on-site and sent to the manufacture, new glass was then delivered to the shop, and the installation was scheduled. The installation was completed within 3 weeks from the date of measurement. They also offers 5-year manufacture warranty with West Little Rick Glass’ 1-year labor warranty. I will use their service again.

They were quick to give me an estimate. They arrived when they said they would and did a quality job installing the glass panes.

Workers arrive on time. The first single door glass was the wrong size so they left and reordered the correct size. The double door full glass windows were the correct size and glasses were installed with new molding. The molding did not seat in the door frame and seal against the glass. The men put calk around the frame on the outside. The was the sloppiest calking job I have ever seen. The worst part of this is that there are air leaks around the glass at the inside molding. I paid for the most efficient windows they has available and I believe they are efficient but with air leaks around the perimeter of the frame they are not better that the ones that came out. My advice to anyone needing door glasses is to avoid this company.

They put a piece of glass in a china cabinet door for me. A standing pane of window glass isn't as expensive as horizontal glass. They did my job while I waited. When I called them they were ready, and they are close to where I live, so it was great. I just took the door off and took it to them. It was very professional, it was good.

The glass over our French doors broke, and I called WLR Glass because of the rating on Angie's List. They did live up to the reputation. I paid a $35 service charge for them to come to my house in Conway (about 30 miles away), but it was worth it to me if the job was going to be done right. Gavin came out to my house, he was very friendly and professional, and very quick. We scheduled for the repair to be the next week since he came out on a Thursday. I was expecting for Gavin to be the one coming out the next week, but it was a couple of other guys. However, Gavin did call during the repair to ask how it was going and if everything was being cleaned and repaired to my expectation. The glass over the door was still intact because it was tempered glass and did shatter all over the floor during repair. They had a big vacuum and cleaned up most of what they could get to. Overall, our experience with WLR Glass was what we expected from a recommendation on Angie's List, and we were not disappointed. I would definitely recommend them.

The owner, Gavin Higgins, bid the job. We hired him, and we did have to wait a couple of weeks because he was on a church mission to Eastern Europe. Once he returned we scheduled a date, postponed once because a vendor had not shipped the necessary molding, On the second install date, receptionist called at the appointed time to explain they were loading the materials on the truck, and would be "15 or 20 minutes late." A nice touch, we thought, very professional. Once on the job, Gavin and crew installed the mirror perfectly, making slight adjustments to the molding to accommodate a mis-measurement of 1/16th of an inch (there's no "give" in glass). After install, crew cleaned glass and cleaned up area completely. We were extremely impressed.

I was favorably impressed by professionalism, efficiency, politeness and evident knowledge or understanding of how this particular brand of storm window was made and how to disassemble it and do the job. The owner, Gavin Higgins, did the principal work and his helper received instruction/guidance from the head-man as needed! I called this company on a Friday afternoon and got an answering machine. Shortly thereafter the owner called me, I explained what needed to be done, he quoted a price and said he could come at noon the following day. I agreed. Everything worked out as he promised. Can't expect any more from anybody.
