I would say that The Tile Installer did fair or average work. They did have to come back to redo some spots that I was not happy with. They were slow at getting the job done. The workers were friendly with me.

The Tile Guy took a half day to do the necessary repairs, and he did a great job. The grout lines were even, and the general workmanship was wonderful. Nothing's been leaking at all since he completed the repair work.
