Hardwood Flooring Service, Flooring
We feel LR Flooring has repeatedly mislead us on when building materials would be delivered. Furthermore, LR Flooring has not issued a refund check in the amount of $297.00 for the BR-777 Wood Glue which we returned to them.
We have sent several letters, phone calls, and emails requesting our refund check. We have stopped by the showroom three times and every time they promise they will issue the check, yet it is not forthcoming.
They did not finish the job for which we contracted them. They shorted us on materials and ordered materials we didn't need. Once we gave them a down payment on the work, they became belligerent and rude. We actually had to contact our own subcontractors to finish the work as they refused to show up to the job site.
I would not recommend this company.

Hardwood Flooring Service
It took me three years to get them back to install new floors. No one EVER responds to your calls. There has been every problem occur that could possibly happen. All could have been prevented. We discovered they made the same installation error as the first time: not leaving gap between wall and wood.
