The House Staging Company is a home staging provider, helping prepare occupied and vacant homes for the real estate market. We provide property consultations, which includes a list of recommendations; cosmetic work that should be tackled, curb appeal, clutter removal and a plan to prepare your home for sale. We will discuss furniture placement and addition or subtraction of accessories. For an occupied home, we will showcase your home's best qualities utilizing your furnishings, while minimizing any flaws, making your home picture perfect. We will arrange and present your furnishings in new and unique ways that will help your space appear larger and have better traffic flow and attract the eye to your home's special features. For vacant homes we provide furniture, artwork and accessories that compliment the style, scale and price point of your home. We give buyers something to get their imagination going, We will create a model home look that let's the buyer think "this is where I want to live". We will customize a plan to fit within your budget and needs. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payment is due when staging is complete. Furniture rental is on a monthly basis.
