They arrived on time and were very nice I only had to have a switch replaced but they did not take long to get it fixed

Prompt response, worked with my schedule, made sure everything was done right rather than just easily or quickly. I didn't really understand the dispatch fee but I imagine most places probably charge it. Anyway, I'd definitely recommend them, and the guys who came out were great.

Cody and Monty were great. Had them come out to change replace an outlet and give an estimate for future work. They were very professional and easy to work with and were able to get some of the future work done that day at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will be using Staley Electric in the future.

Techs are great. Cost was high had three outdoor lights replaced and it was $900. For about 3 hours work. Seems a little pricey to me.

They are professional arrived on time. Called me the day before my scheduled appointment and 30 minutes before arriving allowing me to go about my day without worrying I would miss them! Explained what they were going to do and gave me an upfront price so I did not get surprised at the end of service of the cost!!!

They reacted fast when I called that morning and told them a tree fell and knocked out our power. They sent someone out same day & I got power the next morning. I am so grateful for Staley & their wonderful techs!

johnny new exactly what the problem was after turning on the light switch. He changed the switches and even put a light bulb in a different receptacle in bathroom also. I thought the cost of the visit was high for what he did, but the service was excellent.

We hired Staley Electric to switch out the island lighting fixture for a larger one. The two men sent did a nice job with a minimum of inconvenience. However, I was a bit shocked that the cost was as high as it was. They looked at doing another couple of jobs for us but we did not hire them because of the price. We did not know what to expect prior to their arrival and did not find out until the work was done. Not their fault, I should not have accepted the flat $85 per hour estimate.

My electrician was tenacious and had to really dig to find the problem. He was amazing!! I will be hiring them again soon!

They came to my home took care off all items needed. Then went out of their way for parts. Fantastic group of guys good team work.

I think they are great. Clayton, the young man that came out was vefry professional and courteous. He was very pleasant and explaiined everything he did. The price was geat and I will hire them agin.
