SPECIALIZED DELIVERY SVC

I cannot say enough good things about this staff. From the beginning of them introducing themselves these guys were so courteous. They were more careful with our items than we probably were ourselves. They moved us only about twelve miles, but they secured everything in the same fashion as if it were a hundred miles. I would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to several people.

The first time they said they would show up at 4pm on a Friday. I waited around and they never showed. I tried for several days to get in touch with them, as did my interior designer. Finally, 4 or 5 days later, they answered their phone. I can't remember what their excuse was, but they had my cabinet, and we agreed on a date and time for delivery. They did deliver my cabinet on time that day, and to their credit, did not charge me for the work because of the delay. A month or two later I decided I wanted another cabinet to match the first one. "Specialized Delivery" is just what it says: they are the only outfit in Little Rock that will deliver something large AND fragile. So I had to use them again. This time they delivered the cabinet on time and as promised. Both times, the cabinet was in pristine condition, and the delivery men were careful and professional.
