Printing - Copies
I had S1 Output Technologies do some printing for my company. At first they were good and on time with meetings and phone calls. After I had made payment for services the wait time was 3 weeks overdue and the printing quality was very poor. I finally got hold of the President and owner of the company Chris Cronin and he made it out that it was all my fault in the problems I was having with him and his company. It even got to a shouting match over the phone on our last call. He was very unprofessional and immature in dealing with my concerns.
