Smith's Tree Service

Searched for service providers on Angie's List website and Paul Smith called my cellphone told me that he could do the job for me, and sent a quote for $200.00 based on the pictures that I sent for the work needed on my lawn. Paul Smith asked for a 50% upfront payment, Payment of $100.00 was paid thru cash app, and Paul said that he will be coming to provide the service that Friday 06/19/2020, but he never showed and kept on postponing the service with series of alibi's and it has been almost 2 months and he has not provided any service at all, and I called him today 08/25/2020 and asked for the $100.00 that was paid upfront, and he said that he was working on it and can't call him since he was working. I would not even consider hiring him at all. He was very rude on the phone.
