Smart Choice Flooring

Our shower floor was showing signs of wear so we decided to have it re-grouted. This company was a referral from our home builder. The person we connected with from the company is named Jesus. There are two other people that work for the company as well. Maybe we would have had a better experience with them. ? It took a few phone calls for him to come out to give us an estimate. When he did come out, he matched all of the grout that needed repair. Before leaving, he said he would call me back to schedule a time b/c he needed to special order a few grout colors. After 2 weeks of not hearing from him I called back. He told me he had been calling me that whole time. ??? I never showed missed calls on my home or cell phone from him. In addition he never left messages asking me to call him back. I don't know why he wouldn't leave me a message. Again, he told me he would call me back to schedule a day to do the work - to this day he has not called me. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! WILL NOT CALL AGAIN! Such a waste of time!
