Sears Stores Little Rock

The salesman was extremely nice.  I took it back because I hated it.  The next person I talked to was nice as well. 

As stated above our vacuum cleaner of several years stopped working, and we were expecting company for a special event held in our home. Our criteria for a new one included not paying a lot, bagged and upright.   After researching the best vacuum cleaners via Consumer Reports on-line and hard copies, we narrowed it down between 3 models.  The brands were Hoover and Kenmore.  We did not want to order it on-line.  My husband went to our local Sears store and decided on the Kenmore Progressive bagged upright model 31069. He brought the box home and said it was not hard to assemble. He also bought many extra bags as matching bags is a hassell for me. One of my friends, who likes my research, went to the North Little Rock Sears store and bought the identical model and they put it together for her, at no charge at her request. We were both pleased with the service and so far so good with the vacuum.

It was not a very nice experience. I had to call them over and over again to fix my dryer.

I had bought it within the last 2 years and it went out right after the warranty went out. It was a strange, strange fix.
