He corrected the wiring problem, tried the oven and other burners to see if they were OK. He explained to me how to remove the knobs for cleaning and explained that the knobs had been replaced at some point and the ones that came with the range were still available. He was polite, professional and competent. This service was a benefit of our home warranty plan we got when we bought the house. The deductible was $75. I think it was a good deal and I was pleased with their service.

Very difficult to communicate with.
Most of their customer service people have a heavy foreign accent and if
you don’t have perfect hearing they are hard to understand. They will not give you a time for a repair
call, only a day. Most people can’t sit
around the house all day and wait for the repair man to show up. This is not the Sears I once knew.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. When you have an issue with your appliance, they sell you a warranty and come right out. After you have the warranty if you call back it seems to take a while to get them to come out. They only have the parts to fix your appliance on their van about 50 percent of the time. If they have to order a part, it takes about a week to get the part in and them to come out and fix it.
