Brent worked on it all day, made smart decisions about the installation, and had it working perfectly by the time he left. I worked with his dad, Bob, on finding the best unit available for SEER ratings and energy efficiency, and he gave me a good (if not great) price. Having the job completed in one day was itself a bonus. I've used Scott Service Company for nearly thirty years, and I have had excellent results all that time. I recommend the company 100%.

Quick response in extremely cold weather. Totally trusted company as they have responded to my calls for help for over 20 years. Their recommendation for installation of a new unit due to old unit being unsafe to operate and estimate for replacement was appropriate. Unit installed the next day. This is a respected company. Have always been punctual when service appointments were scheduled although I'm sure schedules have to be rearranged in case of emergency. If this ever happened, it would be worth it to wait for service.

I am real happy with Scott's. They showed up the first day to do some prep work. The second day they disconnected the old equipment and took it away. By the end of the day the new system was up and running with no fuss or hassles. It came with a warranty included with the purchase price, which I'd rather not mention. But it was a good deal I thought.

I was impressed with how quick Scott Service Company got to my home after we called them. It took them about 30-45 minutes to get to our home, and another 15-30 to do the inspection and recharge the freon. They were very polite and courteous as well.
