They took a long time to repair it and blamed on delay in getting the parts from Canon. When I picked it up, the loading problem was repaired but it had a new problem; it would not charge. I returned it and they kept it for over six weeks. When it was returned, it still would not charge. I was fed up and told them I wanted my money back. They finally agreed to refund $140 but not the initial $35 diagnostic charge. I don't know how they are on TV's but I would definitely NOT recommend them for camcorders or similar items.
