Mr. Shaw collects 60% of the entire contracted amount up front. He came out and worked for a few hours on some of the smaller contracted work in order to request and collect this 60% - for us he added door sweeps to 3 doors on that day. After we had waited weeks for our project to get started, he cancelled on the date he was scheduled to start the larger contracted projects and refunded the amount he felt was **fair** for his work installing the 3 door sweeps. He did not refund the amount we had agreed to pay for the 3 door sweeps- leaving him with a win fall. He will not answer his phone and leaves us with having to pursue legal avenues.

Tradesman was very easy going and energetic to take on and install new hardware. My New York antique twist doorbell looks amazing and my new door hardware is snug and secure. I will hire tradesman again for future projects.
