I am a first time home buyer so I was unsure what to expect from the inspection process, and I had many questions. Richard was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and patient throughout the inspection. He arrived on time with all the tools necessary to complete the inspection and emailed the final report to me before leaving the property. He made sure to educate me on all the items he found so that I can verify the repairs myself once completed but offered to reinspect the house at a great rate after the repairs are done if I want. The house he inspected for me is a new construction, but he did not take that for granted by assuming prior municipal inspections identified certain items during construction. I am very comfortable that he identified everything that warrants repairs. Their price is very competitive but more importantly I don't believe another company could have provided a better inspection service. I highly recommend Richard and ProTeam Inspectors for home inspections.

Was about to buy a house that was remodeled by either a crook or very poor contractor. They did an awesome job remodeling to make the house very appealing. The home inspector was very knowledgeable and answered questions in a way easy to understand. They're not the cheapest company to hire by no means but every penny is well spent. In short spending a couple extra hundred bucks just kept me from buying a home from someone whom I feel did the remodel trying to hide all its problems instead of fixing them. It would have been a complete nightmare if I'd bought this house. And I'm so very grateful that I hired this company. Do yourself a favor and hire this company before buying a house. I will definitely be using them again

We needed a home inspection, since we were having some home maintenance work to be done, wanted to see if there were unanticipated issues that we could get fixed at the same time. Sure enough Mr. Mobley identified and analyzed some issues that could be serious long-term, if not addressed properly. He took his time to do a through inspection. He identified things that I think other previous inspections missed. On top of this I had a scheduling snafu at the last minute and Mr. Mobley graciously worked with me to get the inspection done around my schedule. I wish he was available for my first home inspection. I would use his services again, without hesitation and plan to highly recommend him to my friends. I would give him a 6/5 if Angies list would let me.

Richard from ProTeam Inspectors went above and beyond to explain what he found during the home inspection and answer my questions so that I would understand what was going on. Even getting his tools back out so he could show me how he found some of the problems. Being a first time home buyer I wasn't sure what to expect but I am happy that he found the problems he did. I think Richard just saved me a lot of money. By the time we left the property, the report had been emailed to me. I will definitely hire Richard again.

Excellent home inspection company. Mr. Mobley spent four hours thoroughly inspecting our soon to be home. After completing the inspection he took time to discuss all items addressed in the inspection with pictures and answered all of our questions. Very impressed with his attention to detail, customer service, and inspection preparation/documentation. I highly recommend the Pro Team to anyone looking to get a great inspection. Definitely the best bang for buck in central Arkansas.

I didn't get the results I was hoping for. But I am so Thankful for ProTeam Inspectors for doing such an amazing inspection and finding everything they did. If I had hired Mr. Mobley before purchasing my home, the issues under home warranty may have been identified at that time rather than at the end of the first year. He provided a straightforward, well documented, unbiased, and knowledgeable perspective on the home issues I asked of him, and made sure to thoroughly inspect the rest of the home to provide the full value of his service. He gave me insight on the best way to proceed with correcting home issues, and since then I've been able to economically correct a number of them in preparation for eventually selling the home (always a consideration when in the military). I highly recommend Mr. Mobley and his team for any home inspection needs you have. He'll pay attention to the details and you'll be glad you hired him.

Great experience. A woman immediately answered the phone, made our day work with 3 days notice, and was very clear about process and expectations. On the expectation day we received a detailed walk through when he was finished, and 24h later a 28 page report with photos of every noted finding no matter how minor. We also received written and verbal summary of the stuff that "really matters" vs what is more cosmetic. With one compoment regarding the water heater, a detail was unclear, and we contacted the seller for additional information who was quickly able to clarify, related back to inspector who was able to explain findings in context. Price was a bit more than expected, but he spent ~6 hours at the house and I don't know how long preparing the report. Would absolutely use again.

I was very pleased with the inspection. Mr. Mobley was very professional and courteous while providing an extremely thorough inspection. Two inspections were done and his report identified some of the same problems but highlighted other problems that were missed. The cost was slightly more than others I had checked, but it was well worth it.

Richard was our home inspector and he was great! Did an excellent job explaining his color coded ratings and why certain fixes would be important for the short term and long term. He was very responsive to any questions we had and he made us feel very informed which was important as first time home buyers. Richard completed a walk through with us and emailed a detailed report for our review the next day. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!
