Parrott Bay Pools & Spa did a really terrible job. They started building the pool, but didn't finish it. I ended up having to pay for it anyway so I contacted the attorney general's office and the Better Business Bureau. They still haven't done anything. I now have to call someone else to finish the job. I will probably end up paying $50,000 more dollars.

"This person was intoxicated most every day we were on the job. My men refused to work on the job due to her intoxication. She still owes our company several thousand dollars. The complaints she filled never got anywhere due to her intoxication, failure to pay, and disbelief from the agencies she tried to file with.
