I called Phil several times to schedule his service. He was unresponsive. Voicemails were left trying to schedule him to do the work. I recall being told to call him back once at a later date, but when I did, he didn't know who I was. He also told me he'd call, then didn't. Once he told me he was waiting on his partner to return from a trip and that he'd call me to arrange a date to do the work. He never called. I gave him one last chance and called him. When I reached him he told me that he didn't know when he could start and advised me to get someone else. Long story short - I tried scheduling these guys because their rates seemed fair and in my first conversation with him on the phone he seemed ready to work. I guess he had no intention of doing it - I'm just not sure. It may have been for the best, because had I been dissatisfied with his work, I may have had a hard time getting corrective action. I would not recommend this guy - there are just way too many good, reliable maintenance people with good customer service skills, professionalism and courtesy to call in the Little Rock-NLR area.
