Paul Williams provided initial estimate and explained process steps. Started job immediately upon acceptance, was professional, responsive to calls and questions, and completed job timely. System tested and demonstrated to our satisfaction. Warranty was included to cover parts and service. We're very pleased all around; would highly recommend.
