Everything that I have seen so far in the office has been great and I really happy the service I have received so far, as I have recently started taking my dog to this office. Dr. MIller explained the tests to me and the entire process of how testing would be done which I really appreciated. Even my dog liked this vet. better than a previous vet we used. The monthly medicine pricing is also cheaper than my previous vet. clinic. I really feel like I am getting more for my money.

As my dogs have aged they have had several issues that have needed a vet's care. Dr. Miller and his staff have always provided top notch service. The best thing I can say about them is they have always treated my dogs like they would their own. I know when I have to drop them off that they will be loved and given the best care possible. From routine checks, to surgeries, to and quot;I am worried about them will you look them overand quot; I could not imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Miller is utterly professional. He is very gentle with the dog. He is just a very good vet. His vet technicians are very good and knowledgeable. Dr. Miller explains everything and is very reassuring. We will use them again in the future.

I like Dr. Miller, he is thorough, thoughtful and an animal lover. I think he takes care of the animals so that's important to me. A girl who works for him put him on a scale even though I asked her not to, my poodle doesn't do well on slick surfaces. I wanted her to put a towel down first, but she didn't and my dog freaked out which I knew he would do. He's old, he has congestive heart failure, he's got cataracts and glaucoma and dealing with other oncoming issues. It upset me at her because she didn't listen to me and put a towel down to make him feel secure. I know this poodle and I knew what he would do which he did, so I was upset with her. My complaint was that she didn't listen to me, I hate to bring Dr. Miller down because of this one technician. I've been going to him for years and that's the first bad experience I've ever had. I'll continue to go and just not allow the poodle on the scale without a towel. I think a lot of times with pricing he leaves off the office visit, I think he has compassion on you when you get hit with all the other fees. Especially with all the animals I have.

I think the service was beyond wonderful. The staff was friendly from the very beginning. They treated my dogs like they were members of their own family. They were very gentle with them while doing tests and giving the shots. My girls didn't cry or yelp once. The staff got on the floor with the dogs and spent time just "getting to know them". I called around town to find a vet since we are new to the area. Before making my appointment here, I called about 10 vets total and the prices here were also the lowest for the service. The price that I listed above was for both of my dogs to get their yearlies and they threw in nail clippings for both! I have no reason to complain at all and will recommend them to all!

I had a very bad experience there with my puppy. He came home very ill. They couldn t tell me why and it was very hard on me and my puppy. I will not use them again nor would I recommend them to others.
