Optimal Pest Solutions

I set up for them to do the initial extermination ($150) plus come back on a quarterly basis for a lesser charge. This was not a typical roach problem - it was the worst I've ever seen.  They came out for the first spraying and scheduled another appointment a week or so later.  Due to the severity of the problem, they returned twice more and, once the tenant moved out and everything including carpet, furniture & appliances was removed, they came back again and sprayed. This has all been within about a 5 week period. Sprayed in and out, around roof, in storage rooms and water heater closets.  Scheduled to come again next week and possibly the week after, depending on how it looks. They have not charged extra, have always showed up punctually, been very pleasant and professional and explained what they were doing.  As far as I'm concerned, they have gone beyond the call of duty. I will use them for any problems I have in the future.

We have just signed a contract with them. I spend about $52 on a service. They are a great company and we had a great interaction. They are great people to work with. They are very responsive. The guy who came out was very clear in terms of what he did and what he found. I made out a check for them and forgot to include the tax. When I asked him if that was okay, he told me to make sure that I did it the next time.

I'm writing this review primarily because the service I received. Keith from Optimal Pest was so nice and informative. He is a genuine guy that really seems to care about home owners. He also explained that the chemicals he uses aren't harmful to my dogs or children. It's nice knowing that the spray used to kill bugs won't cause me to get sick breathing the air in my own home.

I had switched to Optimal Pest Solutions from another company that I wasn't too impressed with. They are very professional and courteous. They always return my phone calls. They did a very thorough inspection more thoroughly than has ever been done before. They were very specific about explaining everything to me me. They are willing to come back out if needed.
