Excellent.  Jacky Harris, Service Manager, was extremely thorough, courteous, and went above and beyond what was expected.  On a scale of  1 to 10 I would rate him an 11!

The salesman got us to pay a lot more than we found out later the car was worth by telling us how much work they had done on it, including putting on brand new tires.  Stupid us didn't get down and look at the tires until we got the car home.  (too late - papers all signed and I had driven the car off the lot).  The car doesn't even have floor mats.  I was going to peel off the plastic they put on the floor but decided to leave it on till I can buy mats. I talked to the salesman on the phone and he flat denied saying they put new tires on the car. We went (a workmate and I) to the dealership and talked to the manager, but he was very unhelpful. He said I should have looked at the tires before signing the paperwork.    I've had hip surgery and I'm not very agile - I actually took it to my local mechanic to check over; he's the one who told me the tires have maybe 10,000 miles left on them.  There's also a low tire pressure indicator that stays lit all the time..  The car is decent, looks nice, seems to run ok, but I worry about what else is wrong with it that I just haven't noticed yet.  My mechanic wasn't able to do a thorough check, being understaffed that day.  Note: the Carfax; looked up-to-date and didn't indicate anything except normal maintenance. The car is averaging way below the mpg stated by the dealer, but I'm running the AC all the time so that might not be a misrepresentation.  Just be sure you check everything if you're buying used.  I don't know if Northpoint Nissan is typical of all car dealerships, but I will not buy from this dealer when I upgrade to a new car in a couple of years.  Even if the car turns out ok, I don't like being lied to.

The price was very reasonable.  They are friendly and they tell me everything that they are doing.  They are quick.  If there is problem with anything they will come and talk to me if I am there.  They give me a phone call after they are finished.

They did good work. I ended up having a very thorough mechanic; so it took a little longer than I expected. They did have Wi-Fi in the waiting area so I was able to keep busy. I will use them again in the future.

My husband heard my noise coming from the car and when he took it to get repaired, they tried to tell him he needed something done that he had had done just a few months ago.
