David is awesome. He is very friendly and easy to work with. Any questions I had he answered immediately. Very responsive to email, texts, and calls. I was never 'waiting' to hear back from him. Very transparent with all dealings in our new home purchase. Also, we currently live in Maumelle and the house we recently purchased is in Malvern. David showed us the house, went to the inspection etc in Malvern. He also was at closing.

We got the house, but felt we could have gotten a better deal.

We heard about David from a neighbor.  When we met the first time he listened to us, and helped us ask the right questions about the houses he showed us.  At no time did he push us in a particular direction, but continuously gathered additional information to make sure we were making a decision we would be comfortable with for the long term.  He made himself available whenever we needed; we did multiple tours on Sundays and evenings.  His knowledge helped us negotiate in a way that saved us thousands.  When the inspection turned up some issues, he communicated our needs clearly to the owners--despite weak performance by the seller's agent--and got the repairs accomplished without even delaying closing.  He went above and beyond the call, and greatly exceeded our expectations.  He even paid for some additional foundation shoring up he thought would better support future home improvements!
We've moved around a bit, and purchased a number of houses; David is, without doubt, the best realtor we have had the pleasure to work with.

I have been in Real Estate for 28 years, so I have seen a lot in that time.. Sometimes a Realtor and their customer are not always on the best of terms by the time they get to the closing table.. That is not the case when working with David. His customers are happy, laughing and cutting up at the closing table.. So he has brains and personality.. a rare combination..He is very good in working with all types of personalities/customers.
