Mike Kuhn Construction Inc

I first contacted Mike on June 15th to ask him if he could remodel the lower level of a home that we were purchasing. He said he could, but that he would need to look at it in order to give me an accurate estimate of cost. He promised to meet with my realtor the next week to see the house, but he never contacted the realtor. When I called Mike back, he said he was busy that week, but that he would contact the realtor the following week. Then he went on vacation and didn't mention that planned absence until he returned. He still had not contacted the realtor to see the house by the time we closed, so I called him back to set up a time to meet him at the house personally. He had to delay that meeting. Then he cancelled and rescheduled for a week later. Then he showed up late. I finally met with him to show him what I wanted to do on August 7th. He promised to have his quote to me the following week. Then he said he didn't have an estimate from his plumber yet, so it would be the next Monday before he could get back to me. It is now Sept 3rd (a month after he came to look at the house to determine what needs to be done), and he hasn't contacted me again. He is extremely unprofessional and was not honest with me. He said that he could do the work and wanted to, but he certainly is not acting as if he wants the job.
