Stayed after it until done although it took several trips for new parts. Tried to save me money by rebuilding but it got to the point where it was obvious not possible to replace a the needed parts and just got a new cartridge which solved the problem.

I was very impressed with the prompt service response. He came to repair within the hour charged us fairly and explained what the issue was and how he was gonna repair.

It went well. Mr. Johnston came to the house the day he was called. The leak was in my mother's house and it showed up two days after her funeral. Mr. Johnston didn't know that, but the fact that he came when called and stopped the leak was such a relief at a time of such sadness and stress for my family. He offered to fix the pipe either immediately or at a later time. His price was reasonable because he did have to do some searching to find the source.

I was having difficulty with my toilet - stopping up too frequently and taking 3 minutes to refill before I could flush again (yes, I timed it). I was prepared to buy a new toilet -- even though this one was not that old, I was convinced it was a poor design.
Mr. Johnston came the same day I spoke to him and he did several things including cleaning parts and changing out some old parts - way less expensive than a new toilet. He also shimmed up the toilet base so it did not rock and move around on the floor. Then he caulked around the base making the whole presentation very clean and neat. But the best part was the flush was again efficient and the flush time was cut to one minute.
Mr. Johnston also answered my questions in detail explaining to me what was going on with my toilet. In this explanation he differentiated the functions in my toilet from other toilets which assured me my toilet was not poorly designed.
Who knew toilets need maintanence?
I will definitely use Johnston Plumbing again.

He's not very expensive. That's why I like him. He sold me used parts for very reasonable prices. When a part of my water heater went out, he had one in the truck. He sold it to me for next to nothing. I basically had to pay for the work.

He did a really good job and I really don't have any problem with him. He came in the afternoon and I had called him in the morning and that was pretty good. I would rate him high overall and would use him again in the future.

We have used Johnston Plumbing in the past and have always been happy. Called Johnston Plumbing, spoke to their answering service and got a call back from Tony. Within a couple of days he was over and spent the entire afternoon working on all the things on our list. He had everything we ask for fixed in one day. EXCELLENT WORK.

They came right out after we called on a Sunday. It was amazing how fast they answered our service call. They were very respectful and knew exactly what needed to be done. They got everything done in a timely manner.

His dad did work for my parents, and he does work for me. They are real nice people, and they do real good work. I highly recommend this company, and they are very professional. He is quick, efficient, and Johnny on the spot.
