Rather than install a new system, Interface "upgraded" the existing wall-mounted key pad, and installed a wireless transmitter. It worked occasionally after installing it, but they keypad continued to die. We had them out to fix it once, and it died again; they didn't return calls promptly to schedule a second service. We told them we wanted to cancel the service and get a refund of (a) the monitoring charge for about a month when we had no service, since the system never worked, and (b) the $250 or so that we paid for the upgrade. They eventually refunded the monitoring charge, but we still haven't seen the installation fee returned. They were very difficult to deal with during this period.
