The second time that the power went out the generator did not come on. And it was on Christmas day. The man who was the supervisor had given me his cell phone number and told me if there was any other problem to call him day or night and I did on Christmas day and a service man came out at about 11 pm and fixed it. The reason the power was out was because we had a huge snow storm. It was difficult to be out but nonetheless he came out and fixed it and I have not had any other problems.
