Company demanded full payment up front, including insurance deductible, for new roof on home #1.  It was over two months before roof was replaced, and damage to flashings was ignored even though part of the insurance adjustor's check included payment for that repair.  Four months later, roof on home #2 has not been replaced in spite of repeated conversations with owner and sizeable deposit.  The last conversation, owner demanded $$$ above the contract price, saying that he wasn't going to make any money otherwise.  Owner admitted using my deposits to buy materials for other homeowner's work.  Reported to Contractor's Licensing Board on 1/19/12.  CALL THEM:  501-372-4661.  They have MANY other complaints on file, as does the Better Business Bureau.  According to insurance adjuster, this owner, while a partner in another roofing business, was the subject of a Seven on Your Side television investigative report.
