In the end, I have happy with the outcome. I felt the services were bit pricey but he quoted and the final bill was the same as the quote, so can't complain. I would definitely recommend him.

Dick was prompt on the first visit and knew exactly what needed to be done on floor. He gave an estimate and when he could start.
Our floor was weak and spongy due to a leak from our commode that was unnoticed for a long time.
His crew was always prompt and considerite(sp). They cleaned up their work at the end of the day.
There was a problem with a support beam that was rotted from the slow leak. He explained what the damage was and what needed to be done and gave several cost estimates. it was expected that there would addition work since the floor was spongy and we need to remove the floor to see what needed to be done.
Overall, I would rate Dick Hopper and his crew with 5 stars and would recommend and use him again
