Bart did an incredible job inspecting my home. He finds every nail out of place, documents everything, and then explains it in terms that even I (a non-handy young woman) could understand. In fact, he inspected another home for me that the purchase fell through on, and I liked him so much that I had him do the second home for me as well with zero hesitations. I would recommend Bart with a 5 star, A+ rating all the way.

It went very well. He was very detail oriented and thorough. He saved us $600 on our roof to make repairs. I would highly recommend Mr. Allen to anyone needing a home inspection!
