High Caliber Guttering

I set an appointment for November 21st at 4:00 pm. The employee never showed up and when i called the company Blake answered and explained that the guy that was scheduled to come and give us an estimate had to take the work truck to get a tire repair. I never received a phone call or an apoligy. I rescheduled the appointment for the following Monday November 28th at the same time. The guy who was supposed to be at my house called me 20 minutes past the appointment time and said that he had to go to his daughters basketball game. I told him that I didn't like appreciate that this was the second time I was asked to reschedule and that I would find another company to do what I needed. I texed the company and was given a very long excuse for the guy not showing and was also told that Angi's list didn't care if I was a disgruntled customer that Angi's list only cared that there was a listing. If this is the case and nothing will come of this review, then I will no loner use or visit Angi's list
