Randy Harden with Harden construction did all the frame work, electrical and plumbing work for this cottage. He demoed the closet, tiled bathroom shower, and removed the hot tub. Meanwhile, after finding out the shower had moisture/termite damage underneath, he suggested we go down to the studs and replace all the wood. He then built the new floor, built a small kitchenette which included tiled flooring, cabinets he hand made, sunk in lighting, counter tops with stained wood trim, painting, concrete bar top, installed a garbage disposal, etc. Also he framed out a hallway, built a walk in closet, installed washer and dryer hookups, installed a fiberglass tub enclosure and hung ceiling fans and did all the plumbing. He built a mosaic tile sink counter tops in the bathroom as well. He welded a iron door and topper to our security fence that both needed repair. He truly is a one stop shop. I would highly recommend him for your next remodel job!
