I called Hadidi to have my rug cleaned. I believe I spoke with owner who was polite, courteous and answered all of my questions. He explained the cleaning and drying process and how long it would take. I arranged a date for my rug to be picked up. He said he would call a half hour before the truck arrived, and he did so. This also happened the following week when the carpet was returned. The truck driver and delivery men were polite and did their work well. I was extremely impressed with the customer service at Hadidi. The rug was beautifully cleaned and the price was less than other businesses I contacted. I recommend this company very highly!
