Description of Work: I have two rugs (shag) that needed to be sent out and cleaned. They came out and moved the furniture and took the rugs away. I must say there were many pet stains and odors on my largest rug that he was a bit unsure if this could be cleaned. After the return of my rugs, which by the way was prompt and eactly when he said they would be ready, they came out beautiful! He told me he had to do a lot of hand scrubbing to get out all of the stains and it looked brand new! He also didn't charge me any extra for the time it took.I will always use them from here on out. One more thing, they were as nice and professional as any company could possibly be.

 + -1 moreI called Hadidi to have my rug cleaned. I believe I spoke with owner who was polite, courteous and answered all of my questions. He explained the cleaning and drying process and how long it would take. I arranged a date for my rug to be picked up. He said he would call a half hour before the truck arrived, and he did so. This also happened the following week when the carpet was returned. The truck driver and delivery men were polite and did their work well. I was extremely impressed with the customer service at Hadidi. The rug was beautifully cleaned and the price was less than other businesses I contacted. I recommend this company very highly!
Description of Work: Cleaned an expensive white wool rug.
