Mr. Weideman responded the day we called him, and he came to our home and completed the repair the next day. He was respectful and careful about my home and keeping it clean (he wore "booties" over his shoes as he moved about our house and worked in the bathroom). We have used Mr. Weideman's service for years. We always have found him to be prompt, trustworthy, responsive, and competent. He does whatever it takes to figure out the problem, and does a quality fix of the problem (meaning no repeat of the problem or "re-repair") and has been helpful and given us good advice on avoiding expense and not making wasted repairs.
