I have used Johhny Book over at Glossy Oak Floors many times before. He does excellent work. I had him install flooring in my new home, I am not sure off hand what the footage of floors was. I do know he charges $6.50 a square foot for new. He refinishes for $3.50 a square foot. I have never had a problem with any of his work.
