Description of Work: The roofing crew was very professional and fast despite 96 degree heat. Also to be noted it was two day job interrupted by rain when they finished the first day they ensured the roof was water proof. There was a very heavy rain that night and the roof was water tight. The roofing team lead was Missael and he was outstanding.

Description of Work: Resolved an issue with a gutter separation and flashing issue on my covered patio. Very quick, very professional. Only reason for a rating less than an A on Responsiveness and Professionalism is there were some hiccups during scheduling related to an employee who had quit and caused some confusion and missed appointments initially. Quality of work was more than enough to make up for that snafu. Would do business with again for sure.

Description of Work: Very slow returning call. I asked for an estimate to repair my roof damage and the only quote was a complete new roof.

Description of Work: You know, this has bugged me for awhile. |The roof is nice and at a good price and we no longer have leaks, but one of the workers stepped through my ceiling (nothing rotted, just not paying attention) and they all thought it was hilarious. There was no real rush or sense of urgency to fix the hole in my living room ceiling. |Maybe I was too nice about the whole situation? |Then the guys who were contracted to do the repairs could not match my existing texture color no matter what they did so this is this large spot on my living room ceiling that just does not look like the rest. |Add to that I called and sent emails about a leak that was coming down the inside of my chimney box (just wanted them to check and make sure the flashing was properly done) and I never got a call back. |I like my new roof, don't get me wrong, but the follow up really left a sour taste in my mouth. |The roof is A+ so your milage may vary depending on what happens. |

Description of Work: They placed gutters around my entire 1200sqft house that included 5 downspouts. The completed it in a day and they were beautiful! Even the brackets were nice, unlike the ones on our neighbors.

Description of Work: Garcia and Son replaced our old roof. They did exactly as promised: removed old roof and disposed of it; put down roofing felt; laid shingles; and most importantly they cleaned up. Not only did they pick everything up, they used a magnet bar of sorts to pick up any nails that may fallen. They used a leaf blower to be sure they got everything off the lawn and decks, they even raked the shrubs. | |My wife went out, inspected and gave it a thumbs up. Needless to say I am a happy camper. Just not sure we could have gotten better service from another company. Garcia and Son gets our recommendation.

Products able to be used and prices were discussed. |Crew arrived when they said they would, and left the property neat and clean at the end of each day. Crew was busy and quiet - no loud music or shouting. No nails, etc., left after job completed. All flower pots, deck furnishing etc. put back in place. This was the best roofing experience I have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Description of Work: Replaced roof on storage building and repaired house gutter section. Gutter was not attached at desired position. They changed it within a couple of days and no charge. The company has replaced four roofs for my family within five years. We have been satisfied.
