Excellent. We love how our house turned out. I recommend him to everyone. The only problem is he is very busy and it is hard to get on his schedule. He is worth the wait. I have friends that have used other builders for similar projects. Their main concern is the weeks that go by without work being done - that never happens with Fred. The unexpected bills at the end. You pay along the way with Fred. The fact they find something wrong or incomplete and call their builder back to no avail. Fred will always fix it.
Description of Work: We did a major renovation on our house and Fred was very good about writing up the proposal. Giving me receipts and going over the bills on a monthly bases while showing how we were staying on budget. He was always on time. The workers came every day Monday through Friday and finished on a timely manner. His whole crew is very professional and Fred is quick to let his crew know if their work does not meet his standard. It has been a few years since the renovation and he will still call me back and fix a new problem that I may need help with.
