I would not tell anyone to join their club. Their membership was over $3,000. They also charge a customer service fee and two delivery fees. The things that they had at the time were made in China, and it was very cheap. I wasn't able to utilize them for my living room furniture. The fabric upholstery that was in their book was not available. I give them D's across the board. Their prices are no less than other stores.

We are very pleased with the complete service experience with Direct Buy. The installers did a perfect job. We just love the floors. I would not change a thing about the flooring or the service. The workers were timely and professional.
