Mr. John arrived, introduced himself and gave me a brief overview of what he would be doing. He walked around the outside of our home taking photos and making notes. He then came inside and did the same thing. He let us know when to expect him to send the appraisal to the bank and then left. It was a very simple process & much easier to endure than I expected.
