 + 0 moreArrived late, did not seem interested in doing a repair. Claimed there was no online help, which was absolutely incorrect. Parts and service for old clocks is available from several vendors, and also a lot of useful self service help.
Description of Work: Came to our home to estimate a repair.

 + 0 moreGreat! The man knows clocks! He did exactly what he said he was going to do and these two clocks (of great sentimental value to my family) work perfectly now. Both were non-working when he received them, but both keep perfect time now. I wasn't in a big hurry and it took about a month to get them, but I thought it was a reasonable wait.
Description of Work: Total overhaul of two clocks - cleaned, serviced, and hung two clocks. The price is dependent upon the clock, but in general his stated price was $200 for one and $300 for the other. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

 + 0 moreEverything happened as promised. No complaints.
Description of Work: Restored and cleaned the Antique Grandmother clock (circa 1850's) using period materials. Keeps perfect time and is in excellent condition. He finished per his estimate, which including running it a week to confirm that it was running right. Superb work. Thrilled with the quality of the work, for it is very sentimental to me.
