My son had his windows tinted there 5+ years ago. No bubbles and still looks great. I did my wife's car last year (tinted glass on all windows, rear glass + paint protector film on front bumper and hood + side view mirrors and door trim) and it was money well spent ... about 4 months after getting the car done, she was lightly sideswiped in a parking lot. Got 2 estimates for repair as high as $800. But fortunately one of those guys recommended we take the car to The Dent Doctor since (in his opinion) it appeared the paint protector film had absorbed most of the damage. Sure enough that was exactly the case. Total repair bill was $115 + $25 to Dand D to replace the damaged film on the front bumper. With that experience, and the fact that my wife's window films still look great 1+ yrs later (no bubbles), it was a no-brainer to take my car in for the same full treatment. Money well spent by a highly-skilled crew. Call ahead to make appointment. Turn around time: same day to 24 hrs depending on their work load. Don't be put off by the price I paid; it was the premium film to block damaging sunlight while reducing interior temp. Less expensive films also available and if you don't get the paint protector, the price will be much less. Go to their website and then give them a call, they will give you a quote over the phone. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

D and D did a good job of tinting my windows. I got the job done quickly and have had no problems with my windows.

I was referred by my Honda dealer, which uses D and D Sun Control for its auto window tinting. I checked out their website and was impressed with the services and testimonials. They also guaranteed satisfaction. I scheduled online to tint my 2013 Accord coupe on a Monday. They started and finished as scheduled at the North Shackleford store. I drove home and parked my car in the garage for three days without checking the workmanship as I should have done before leaving the store. I later discovered several small "white specs" in the tint on one side and irregular edges along the dot matrix at the top of the rear window.
The following Monday morning I returned to the store and talked to an un-named employee who looked at the two issues and said the irregular edges eventually would "disappear." I was skeptical. He also said he would "try" to fix the "white specs" area. He said they were probably specs in the air that had gotten under the tint during the installation. He asked me to return at 7:50 a.m. on Wednesday, when he arrives for work, and he would address the issues. I agreed to do that.
I arrived on time and he was no where to be found (he arrived at 8:15 a.m.). Melvin Garrett, however, was. I had obtained his business card the previous week in case I needed to follow up. He inspected the work and said the irregular edges of tint were due probably to the dot matrix, which Honda liberally applies to the top of the rear window. It acts as a sort of reflectant. That contradicted the other employee's assessment. Melvin also said D and D would replace the tint job immediately. He gave me the choice of tinting over the dot matrix area. I decided against it. Within 1.5 hours the job was done and I am satisfied despite the inconvenience and the employee who should be coached better on customer relations and satisfaction. Brittany Rowland, the office manager, also was very helpful. Melvin was very professional. If you use D and D Sun Control, be sure to check the work before leaving - unlike me - and talk to Melvin and/or Brittany if you have questions or concerns.

They did an excellent job. The work was fast, easy to schedule, and we got a multi car discount. Would recommend them.
