Everything has gone well with them.

You have to request services on their website first and they call you. You give detailed information about what rooms to be cleaned and what you want to have done in those rooms. There shouldn't be any confusions.
When the ladies came they worked very slowly but they did a good job with what they did. I wasn't able to stay the whole time which bothered me but I had no choice. When I got home I first noticed that the blinds had not been cleaned. I had stressed them as a priority to be done so I was less than please but then I realized that the living room was still dirty. THE LIVING ROOM!
The manager is very nice so when I called, he immediately said one of the ladies would be back to do whatever wasn't done; just make a list. She came promptly as planned the following Saturday and cleaned the blinds but that is all. She said there was nothing else on the list to be cleaned. SHE SAID THE LIVING ROOM WAS NOT CONTRACTED TO BE CLEANED! There was no changing her mind so I dropped it.
That was a Saturday so I left a message at the office which was never answered. I also got an email from the parent company asking how my cleaning session went which I responded to. I have not heard from the local office or the corporate office since then.
