They kill bugs as well as any other company.  However, their business practices leave a lot to be desired.  First, they rope you into a contract for 5 treatments annually.  I don't know about y'all, but I only need/use an exterminator when bugs become a problem.  I don't really NEED five treatments, but they insist.  Second, they are VERY AGGRESSIVE when it comes to squeezing payments out of you.  They will send you invoices in the mail at least TWICE a week (you'll notice--they stack up quick) until you pay, and then refer you to a collection agency within the same month.  No calls.
Needless to say, I will not be renewing my contract with them.

They did a good job. Mosquito's are a problem in the area that I live and we did not have an problems this years. The spray was safe and non-toxic. We hardly had an mosquito's.

I was looking for a pest control company and interviewd several befor I choose this company. They come every three months and always let me know in advance the date. If I have a pest problem before the three months are up, they will make a special with no extra charage.

With the yearly agreement, they do not contact me prior to spraying but rather just show up. After spraying, the company places a flyer on my front door. The flyer gives information of the spraying date, pests being treated and precautions. If there are special instructions, they will notify me. In one situation, they contacted me that if traps become wet they will not work properly. There have been some instances in which I have telephoned them of pest entries. They come immediately to inspect the situation and take care of it as necessary. This is a part of the yearly agreement plan.

I have had only positive experiences with this fine company. They do their work and get the job done right the first time. They are honest with you and straight forward. They know their facts about pests and critters and creatures. I have had no problematic issues with this company and I have been using them for a while. They always call to let me know they are coming and they're really quite responsible.

Command Pest Control came to our home several times a year. They always reassured us of the pesticides used in our home that they were kid safe. They were very safe and secure in the use of their pesticides they were a skilled and respectful crew.
